Rebekah Brannon

Chief Operating Officer

Esthetics Center

Rebekah Brannon is the Chief Operating Officer of Esthetics Center, a multi-location medical spa and surgical center. She has been a medical aesthetics business insider for the better part of 15 years.

Focused primarily on business operations and expansion, she has closely studied business trends, and the evolution of best practices over the years.

Her firsthand experience in a variety of roles has greatly contributed to her development of what she calls “the 360 degree approach” to operations. This is an approach that looks at how the introduction and implementation of a new process impacts the business, employees, and patrons - simultaneously. This has aided in creating a platform for quick adaptation, especially beneficial to businesses in growth mode.

The medical aesthetics industry will continue to be an ever evolving arena. Fully aware of this fact, Rebekah has committed to being an innovator in operations. “If we intend to succeed in this industry we must let go of the comfort of doing things the exact way we have always done them. Expressions like ‘don’t reinvent the wheel’ and ‘if it’s not broken don’t fix it’ are antiquated. We must continue to improve upon best practices, and innovate to grow.”
